
Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (Kizad) has announced the signing of a long term ground development lease (Musataha) Agreement with Talex, the Taweelah Extrusion Company. Talex will be a great attraction to Kizad’s aluminum cluster, alongside Emirates Aluminum (Emal), who is the core tenant within this cluster. The Dhs735 million investments was signed by Khaled Salmeen, Executive Vice President of Industrial Zones, ADPC and Jamal Salem Al Dhaheri, Chairman of Talex at ADPC office in Abu Dhabi.

EMAL to be key supplier for 150,000 tons per annum plant
Abu Dhabi Basic Industries Corporation (ADBIC) and Bahrain’s Midal Cables Limited announced the establishment of a $100 million aluminum rod and conductor plant during the signing of their joint venture agreement. The signing serves to reinforce the strategic partnership formed by the companies last year.
